Terms of Service
Last updated: 16th June 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the RingPilot website and our smart VoIP and missed-call recovery services. By engaging our services or using our site, you agree to these terms.
2. About RingPilot
RingPilot (operated by InfraEdge IT Solutions Ltd) is a provider of smart VoIP and missed-call automation solutions based in the UK.
3. Services provided
We provide missed-call recovery, alerts, lead logging, follow-up tracking, reporting, workflow automation, and optional custom integrations depending on the package selected.
4. Managed service
RingPilot is a managed workflow and service setup designed to help you capture missed calls. We provide the technical configuration and support; however, this is not a guaranteed revenue generation system.
5. Proposals and packages
The pricing and packages shown on our website are indicative. The final scope, setup fees, monthly fees, and deliverables will always be confirmed in a written proposal or order form before work begins.
6. Setup requirements
To provide the service, we require your cooperation. You must provide necessary access or administrative cooperation for your phone system, PBX, SIP provider, numbers, email/SMS settings, and any required software such as Google Sheets or your CRM.
7. Third-party providers
Our service relies on third-party platforms including phone providers, SIP trunks, PBX systems, workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n), SMS and email providers, hosting services, AI providers, and Google services. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or disruptions caused by these third-party platforms.
8. Client responsibilities
As the client, you remain solely responsible for the lawful use of your customer data. This includes ensuring you have appropriate privacy notices, call recording notices, staff notices, and marketing consents in place where required by law.
9. No guarantee of results
While our systems are designed to recover missed calls, we do not guarantee specific business results, extra revenue, bookings, or a guaranteed number of recovered leads.
10. Fees and payment
All monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are invoiced upon engagement and must be paid prior to service initiation. Invoices not settled within 14 days may be subject to service suspension.
11. Cancellation
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and minimum terms will be agreed upon and detailed in your specific proposal or order form.
12. Support
Technical support and monitoring are provided according to the specific package or proposal you select.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our systems for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or non-compliant messaging. Spam and unsolicited marketing are strictly prohibited.
14. SMS and customer communications
Any customer-facing SMS or marketing communications sent through our workflows must be lawful and approved by you. You are responsible for ensuring your messages comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and other applicable laws.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
16. Changes to service and terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and our services. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your active service.
17. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
